If you want packing done for you, it goes on before the move, with every box labelled for the room it is going to.

Padded, wrapped, stacked tight
Furniture goes into quilted moving pads and stretch wrap before it leaves the room. Heavy pieces load first and against the walls, boxes fill the gaps, and the load is built so nothing has room to shift once the truck is moving. That is the part of the job you never see, and it is the part that decides what arrives in one piece.
