Junk removal

Junk removal and house clean-outs

What you are not taking goes with us: old furniture, a basement, a garage, or a whole house cleared out after a sale or an estate.

The pile that grows before a move, and the one left behind after

Every house has a place where decisions go to wait. The basement with the sectional nobody wanted to carry down, the two-car garage that stopped fitting two cars years ago, the spare room full of boxes that were never opened after the last move. Packing day is when those piles come due, because nobody wants to pay to move things they would not buy again.

Clean-outs come from the other direction too. An estate in Hamilton Township with a lifetime of belongings and a closing date. A landlord in Trenton with a rental the last tenant left in a hurry. A house in West Windsor that sold faster than the family could sort it. Different stories, same problem: a lot of stuff, a short clock and nobody with a free weekend.

That is where expert junk removal at your doorstep earns its keep. You point, we haul.

How a house clean-out runs

It starts with a walk-through. We go room by room with you, or with whoever is handling the property, and look at what is there before anyone quotes a number. That visit is also where you tell us what stays: the dining set going to a daughter, the tools going with you, the boxes of photographs nobody is allowed to touch.

Then it is sorted into two groups, keep and go. Keep gets set aside and protected so it does not wander onto the truck by mistake. Go gets carried out, loaded and hauled. Heavy things like old appliances and sleeper sofas are what crews are for, and they come down stairs in a way that does not gouge the banister.

If there is anything unusual in the pile, or something you are not sure we take, ask us when you call or text (610) 299-1403. We would rather answer that before the truck shows up than after.

Left with an empty room, then clean it

The job is done when the space is empty and swept, not when the truck is full. A garage that has been cleared down to the concrete or a house that has gone from crowded to hollow is a different place, and the last step is making it look like one. We sweep out what the hauling leaves behind so you are handing over rooms, not rubble.

A cleared house usually needs a real clean next, whether that is for the buyer's walk-through, the landlord's inspection or the family's own peace of mind. That is why junk removal and move-out cleaning sit side by side in our work, and why many customers book them back to back.

Closing in two weeks or leaving a rental in Ewing by Friday? Last-minute jobs are welcome. Tell us the date and the address.
